Trees in the Mist
Part of my recent “In the Fog” series, this image was the inspiration and catalyst for the entire series. The scene is Leesburg, Virginia, where I’ve lived for just over a year. We get plenty of weather in Leesburg, but low fog is not particularly common. The mist changed my view of things that I’d seen dozens of times in the past, making what had previously seemed quite ordinary into a mystical scene.

The image is 16 x 24, hand signed and numbered, with accompanying Certificate of Authentication, part of a limited edition of 10, plus two artist’s prints.
